As a Diploma or Certificate III qualified Educator, you'll collaborate with the Lead educator to create engaging, fun, and meaningful learning experiences. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a passionate individual who: Holds a Certificate III Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent qualification. Has at least 1 year of experience working with children (excluding placement experience). Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a consistently positive attitude to the learning environment A proactive self-starter with a genuine passion for taking initiative, leading activities, and creating a vibrant classroom culture Skilled in embedding the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) into everyday teaching Has experience in planning and working with infants. Communicates effectively with team members, children, and families, both verbally and in writing. Holds a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, and CPR certification. Has full working rights in Australia.
